So the treatment of petrovic basically entails that you can do everything you can and properly fight for the badge / try your best on loan and perform your best to be able to play for chels, but it ultimately won’t matter because of pure bias, and resell value. For me, I just find it hilarious how hypocritical the owners make themselves to be, and how much they expose themselves on a daily basis. I’d rather they come out and have the cojones to say “listen we really don’t care about the football side of things, which is why we hired 2 sporting directors. We just want money and we know we can make billions EACH, before we sell the club. Don’t get your hopes up”. If they came out and said that, then honestly I believe the fans would at least respect the fact that they’re honest, but they aren’t. They toe the line of making it look like they’re serious and wanna spend the money, but then over half of the billion they spent went to loanees and buy low , sell high players. I think that things will change……for the worse. Private equity firms traditionally operate a 6-year window. Year 1-3 to reduce the running costs down to an absolute minimum. Year 4-6 to maximise profits. Which means 3 more years of these jokers. As Younes says, success on the field isn’t as important as making money to Clearlake which means that our remaining assets are at risk whilst they’re in charge. Worst case scenario is selling off our best players if top 4 isn’t achieved. The only way of stopping this lot is for supporter groups to stand up to them because at the end of the day, our emotional investment is worth more than their money.

As a Chelsea Fan we need to understand that successful clubs going forwards needs to be profitable as well as they are in the business of football like MLS NBA or even the IPL. Gone are the days where we can just have owners pump and dump cash in and out just for love of running a football club - this is not sustainable in medium to long term in the current market. This transfer window our biggest mistake was probably felix but however he was not getting enough game time and was not starting enough due to various reason hence the loan .Remains to see what happens in the summer .

1:38. I'll keep on saying it but this is not just a Chelsea thing. I believe the days of £100m+ transfers and 300k+ salaries are coming to close with the odd exceptions. Look at the last 2 windows, most of the singings are loans. All clubs are starting to offload the highest earners - not just Chelsea. Look at Man United, that's why they wanted Rashford and Casemiro off the book, because they are amongst the highest earners there. It's conducive with the American ownership outlook as well and I think one day there won't be Winter & Summer transfer windows if they get their way and it will become like the NFL draft system.

Boehly holds a 42% stack in Vivid. According to the opublic availible informations their revenue income is 90% US based. For sports like NFL, NBA and MLB. And in terms of Prem Tickets Man United, Tottenham and LFC are the majority of Tickets sold using Vivid. Chelsea Matchday Tickets are not even reaching 10% within the combined Prem League Tickets.

As terrible as these owners are, i do think boehly had the right idea he just executed terribly. When the tenure first began we were spending money on experienced, finished article players like aubamayang, koulibaliy, sterling, cucurella etc. the problem was he was buying finished players and also players on ridiculously high wages. Egbali probably thought this was unsustainable and since we weren't competing in champs and losing money he saw brighton and thought " yeah like be like these lot, they make money and they're "competing " ." Thats probably why there's friction between these guys. But then again, boehly has shown zero ambition so there's no point defending him

Truth Bomb: Chelsea has spent over 1.5 billion on players. They have to be concerned about money. It is not sustainable to keep spending 100 million on players. We have no sponsor - no champions league - no large stadium - we need money to keep the lights on. The owners suppose to make money - our football team has enough talent to do better - see Nottingham Forest.

They're not concerned. There's a thing called net spend. Chelsea have not been spending 100mil on every player. That was something they did at the begging due to being obligated to invest 1billion at the begging as part of the deal when they aquired Chelsea. Our most expensive player in the last three windows was Neto at 55mil. Also take into consideration that we have some of the lowest wages. Lastly, the lack of a front of shirt sponsor is made up by an increase in shirt sales and the fact that we are trying to get the best deal possible. I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Who then proceeded to buy finished players, wasting millions of pounds, who then decided to hire Another manager that's won fuck all in poch, who then decided to buy young players with zero experience. Chelsea also have a wage cap at 150,000 which is also relatively low when compared to the rest of the top 6 teams and it helps out with FFP. Lastly, we have not signed expensive managers. If you're talking about Potter. Potter was just a manager we overpaid for and a mistake the board has learned from but he is not considered an expensive manager. Hope this help. 🙏
