Both teams are in similar positions potential wise, they’ll be fighting for Top 4 this year, and now the managers have personal animosity towards each other. Sterling has been a target of the unfair sometimes racist British press. And that press has influenced their views of him. Most of their views have some kind of prejudice behind them and not back up with facts. No matter what they think and how they nitpick everything he does, the stats show that he was always among the top contributors for Man City in goals and assists, they can't argue against facts.

As soon as I saw Anthony Taylor running around I knew it was going to be a miracle for Chelsea to leave with three points.
