Love it as neutral but tuchel started it and added to it (getting in conte face for celebrating 2nd goal, tuchel running past spurs sideline for 3rd goal and not letting go of conte’s hand at end)

The referees cost this game. That’s not a good look for the Prem League but they don’t care bc it got ratings with the fight. We were robbed of 3 points but it’s fine only way Tottenham can’t lose to us is by corruption

I don't see many commenting on the foul that took Havertz down and led to Spurs' first goal. That should have been a card and a free kick. It was clearly a foul in the replay. No wonder Tuchel was so steamed for the rest of the match.

Same thing happened with the 2nd goal. Ref didn’t call the foul for Chelsea and spurs ends up scoring on the 2nd corner.

Koulibaly pushed Kulu hard with his hand, and the stolen ball was the second goal. The referee had to give him a card ..It wouldn't have led to a second goal

Just very annoyed. Those two points were stolen and we might need the end of the year for first. I think Tottenham is a top four side and Chelsea dominated the whole game. Officiating was terrible, even with VAR to help them.

I know the history isn’t necessarily there to call it this, but this was an instant classic and may spark a true rivalry between Chelsea and Tottenham. Both teams are in similar positions potential wise, they’ll be fighting for Top 4 this year, and now the managers have personal animosity towards each other. We’ll all be looking forward to February 25th or whenever these two sides match up next.

I mean, way to get a point, but this kinda feels empty. Two flagrant fouls lead to our equalizing goals. How Romero doesn't get sent off for literally pulling Cucarella to the ground with his hair is a mystery to me. A point is a point but there was absolutely no honor in our game today.

As a Spurs fan, I admit that Chelsea clearly played better football today. I'm touched by Conte and all the players for fighting till the end for this hard-earned 1 point. COYS PS - I was honestly impressed by Chelsea and had much respect for them after watching the game, but now I'm just going to enjoy reading the salty Chelsea fans who can't stop crying lol

I can see why VAR didn’t intervene on the first Tottenham goal. It was a foul but with the change of possession VAR’s hands are tied. The second goal however is a head scratcher. Seemed like a clear red card unless you want to argue that pulling hair is only a yellow. 🤷‍♂️

@@barangoal9056 they're not fans and unfortunately a lot of people don't have a mind of their own and only form opinions based on what the media says. Sterling has been a target of the unfair sometimes racist British press. And that press has influenced their views of him. Most of their views have some kind of prejudice behind them and not back up with facts. No matter what they think and how they nitpick everything he does, the stats show that he was always among the top contributors for Man City in goals and assists, they can't argue against facts.

He’s really fun to watch, I just hope he finds some form inside the box. He can go 100mph and create space for others, but he struggles to slow down and get it done in the most important moments imo.

Every Chelsea player looked soooo good this game. Totally impressed and happy with loftus-cheek today and Kante looks like himself again. Havertz even looked much more involved despite the typical-chelsea open misses. So exciting to watch as a blues fan, can't possibly understand the decision about the hair pull in stoppage time though

as a spurs fan I would be livid if I was a chelsea fan... the missed tackle on Havertz was a bad call but had nothing to do with the goal really, it was already the next stage of play, however richarlison was clearly offside. that was a clear red card foul on romero

@@harnygoodle3987 It is much like Fulham's first goal against Liverpool, last weekend. Clear foul in buildup against Liverpool that should have been unambiguous as a foul by VAR. But it was in the buildup in the other half so they let it stand, I suppose.

I had such mixed emotions during this game. I wanted Tottenham to win, but every time they took a step towards that, it was so blatantly illegal that I didn’t know how to react, since they pretty clearly didn’t deserve it.

As soon as I saw Anthony Taylor running around I knew it was going to be a miracle for Chelsea to leave with three points. That being said, I expected Spurs to really dictate play, but Chelsea dominated this game. Spurs are fortunate to get a point. Chelsea are indeed title contenders this campaign for sure.
