I still have a little over a month before I have to go back to work but I really needed this video. I didn't breastfeed my first baby long enough to have to worry about pumping at work because we had WIC and got formula through that. With baby number 2 we don't qualify for WIC so I've got to breastfeed as long as I can; formula is expensive lol. Loved this video so much!!!

I started doing the cara babies sleep you mentioned. Are babies are around the same age. How many naps does she do now? My baby doesn’t go to bed around 9:30 but I’m trying to figure out trying two naps and going to bed earlier.

She just started doing two naps a day but sometimes she’ll still take that last cat nap before bed and so that decided bedtime. So bedtime is anywhere between 7 & 8. Heres an example of our schedule the last two days: yesterday she woke up at 6:30, first nap at 10 until 11:15 second nap 3 until 4 and then bed at 7:30. Today she actually took a cat nap because her schedule went 7 am wake up, 10:10 nap until 11:20 then she couldn’t make it until 3 so she went down at 1:30 until 2:30 and then a cat nap from 4:30 to 5 so that brought bedtime to 8 pm. I would say follow the appropriate wake windows and go off that for when bedtime should be and make bedtime between two times instead of a set time. I use to do 8 pm and now it’s between 7 & 8 just depending on her naps that day.

@@Imchelseah thank you! Yeah my baby was taking his last nap 5-6 Then going to bed around 9:30 I skipped that nap yesterday and he slept 8pm-8am. That was great! So funny when he’s in bed early I just say how much I miss him! But I do like him in bed a little early!
