SAO Abridged is amazing. Not only is it very funny, but they actually fix the story. Kirito has (somewhat) of a character development. They gave Kayaba a god damn motive, instead of "Oops, I actually forgot why I trapped thousands of people inside my videogame. My bad! Dying now". Recommend it :D

I need someone to explain to me. What does "proportionally correct" mean? It seems to change from person to person. And I have a lot of friends that look like anime women, so I've never understood this.....

Proportionally correct changes from person to person because it's the persons proportions. Everyone looks different, so what is proportional changes. For example, if someone is 6 and a half feet tall, then they can weigh twice as much as someone who is 5 foot 8 without looking like they are overweight at all. As far as the anime women thing, that one is kind of stupid. Some people like to claim anime women are not realistic because it makes them feel better, about themselves or about someone they like, even though there are plenty of people who look like anime characters in real life. Stellar Blade being a good example, the main character is an exact body double of a real woman and some people got mad, saying it "promotes unrealistic beauty standards". Side tangent, if it isn't already: Media in general is a fantasy, an escape. It is not meant to be "realistic" at all. While people can look like the characters or do the things portrayed, it is very unlikely. It is the potential of the possibility that draws people in and makes them enjoy it. Books, movies, tv, games, all of it is meant to help people either escape into another world, mentally, for a bit or to inspire them to try new things. It's never been meant as something you "should" look like or do. If I didn't clear anything up, let me know. I'll try to be more helpful.

This is completly besides the point, but seeing these scenes I am very glad I read the manga instead of watching the anime. I can't say why but I kind of dislike style they went with for the main character in the anime. Compared to how he looked in the manga later this is "failing k-pop idol". Maybe I am misremembering stuff, but when I try to remember the manga I think of seeing a dude who is done with being small fry and doesn't give a damn anymore and this one is more a "let me take you to dinner and make you feel like a princess" kind of look.
