𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦, 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮 (2024)
A wild horse is a force not subject to human control. It is the embodiment of freedom, of the liberated untamed spirit, often associated with childhood.
𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦, 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘰𝘮 (2024) is an ode to individuality and the bewildered state of the Self. It returns to childhood using the metaphor of the rocking horse, an essential element of most nurseries to cast light onto the omnipresence of the horse in our upbringing, drawing parallels between the horse and the unconscious, at the same time conducting an investigation on how observing modes of expression of horses can help to reassess ideological conditioning and behaviours inhibiting individuality within the confinement of social expectations.
