in sp3d3, there can be 3 d orbitals as u can see in the name itself. Since you need one sigma bond, u need dz^2 to bond directly with s orbital, then other pi bonds are formed by other d orbitals. After this, they get hybridised to form one orbital of equal energies, which forms the sp3d3 orbital. Hope you understood.@@makefor3048
