Increase in parathormone causes excess Ca in blood then won't it trigger secretion of calcitonin which lowers Ca level in blood?

Ishan vashisht it will both act antagonistic to each other

Mam , if PTH increases Ca level in blood then there is also calcitonin which decrease Ca level so the diseases not to be Because as I think they nutrilize each other, mam please clarify it to me .

actually calcitonin is released only when pituitary releases TSH, if it is not produced then how can it lower Ca levels?
