What is the standard set pressure for rupture disc and psr/srv

Dear Ashutosh Rupture Disc set pressure is basically 10 percent above design pressure or 20 percent above operating pressure. In case of PRV we have Set pressure is 21 percent more than design pressure or 11percent more than Rupture Disc pressure.Hope this has made ur query clear.

Dear Pressure Safety valve will open fully once the desired set point is reached to save the equipment from damage.PSV releases it's vent to atmosphere. Pressure relief valve will operate in a controlled manner not open full suddenly to release the excess pressure than set point and then will close on it's own.Pressure relief valve release vent in some other vessel/connected equipment not in atmosphere.
