Briefly explained, In general, to carry flammable liquids the we vehicle should have Form 9 (explosive license) provided by PESO. The tanker should have breather valve with fusible like. All the individual compartments should have master valve (emergency shut off valve).Only non sparking tools should be used for connecting the tanker to discharge loops. Immediately after entering to premises, connect earthing to dissipate the accumulated charges in tank. Allow at least 15 to minutes to settle the tank. Recommended to cool the tanker having the storage of highly volatile liquids.
