Hi.. STEL / IDLH value is known for particular gas but how we come to know that the limit of gas exposure is reached to IDLH / STEL and we should restrict person to work in this environments

Dear STEL and just below IDLH value u can expose a person for 5 min only in any 2 Hrs duration.But IDLH value should never be achieved you should ensure that.Beyond IDLH not allowed.
