Please note that any discourse on the management of biliary cancer would be incomplete without the role of surgery (R0 resection) as the only viable option for adequate loco regional control and possible cure.

Hi doc I have gall bladder cancer and I underwent here chemo cycles after that petscan was performed and my pet scan came clear so doctor said three more cycles of chemo Surgery is necessary in this case?
