由金曲獎導演比爾賈執導，這也是陳立農第四度和導演合作，這首歌更身兼「伊利優酸乳」廣告代言主題曲，導演為求拍攝出夏日派對的風格，特別設計所有拍攝團隊到海邊拍攝，可惜當天適逢梅雨季節來襲，拍了20分鐘就遭遇強風暴雨，不得不讓大隊停下手邊所有工作站在海灘的中央等待雨停。
但陳立農秉持著敬業的態度，雨中雨停一來再來的搶拍進行拍攝，即便飄著細雨仍專業地完成MV海灘部分場景，所幸後來天氣幫忙，讓派對外景陳設的部分順利完成。
完成了戶外的拍攝後，導演更安排進到片場繼續拍攝露營、營火、奶池等MV鏡頭，一路不停的變換各個MV夏日場景與燈光效果，讓陳立農當天拍攝到隔天的凌晨五點。不過，因為導演巧妙的鏡頭手法，更呈現了完全“夏日滋味”歌曲的青春感受。
