Special thanks Nambi Valava for Releasing this Video today on Diwali day {31.10.2024}. 4th Line work pending from the turn the line takes towards Park station. tracks have to be laid over the Minor Bridge. Land levelling is to be done where the existing 3rd line was remoovd for the realignment. Further tracks have to be laid. All these work may take a month. As far as MRTS is concerned One side of Footover bridge at Fort station is to be completed. In fACT Roof top of Park station could have bben completed as soon as work at Fort station was over. Let us hope that Park Town is opened soon for the benefit of commuters. All the best for the wonderful update you have given. Fully enjoyed this video. Take care. Will bro park town station staircase connected earlier with ticket counter and prison area muthulakshmi bridge was demolished by railways it was very usefull for commuters to reach central soon will they do it at park town station soon for commuters to use the facilities to reach central station soon

Park Island platform for 3&4th line to be completed after which the new 4th line will be completed. The new platform is likely to start from the fish market from the egmore side to the existing platform of emu train. This is just to halt the express train for signal processing but Southern Railway says just to connect the central station😂

@@parthasarathy9130 What is the connection between Fort station platform and new 4th line. It is already completed, only one portion of FOB extension to Fort MRTS platform work need to be complete. It is not directly related to new 4th line work. That is why I didn't mention.
