Bro place beautiful and reviews of KZbinr pathu dhan eve dinner ponom. If we ask for Mandi they say that we must reserve it before 12hrs while booking. Barbecue n tandoori kuda ila avanga kita evenings la. Service is very bad and slow. I had to wait for a chocolate ice cream for 20 mins. Enagayo poi vangitu vandhanunga. Next table customer was literally fighting with the waiter for making him wait for 1 hr and to then come and say there is no Kunafa. Yosichitu reserve panitu elam erukumanu ketu ponga makkalae 😅

Ms. Elangavon, You are right about the experience you faced in this restaurant, as we also went through something similar. As customers we write our review frankly but for a minute we need to do think as any restaurant would never wish to give their guest such experience. As a negative review reflects, the management will take necessary action to improve the services in terms of food as well as services, if it repeats they would even penalise the concern, someone even lose their jobs. Once any negative comment reflects the restaurant rating goes way down in short span of time, where they would have taken so much effort to build it. Any restaurant would not make a guest wait for an hour to say the non-availability of one desert, in the first place logically anyone would never wait for an hour for one desert, and the guest out of disappointment would have shouted you made me wait for an hour. In general when we hear, it would sound as if the guest really waited for an hour. The place and the interiors are so nice and beautiful, but definitely restaurant needs to improve in terms of service and food, as there are very few areas they lack, which even happens in even a Five Star category hotel. The point here is, It’s your right to write a review, kindly do not think that why I’m replying to it, it’s only because I’m also employed in a company, I know the impact of reviews on the long run, which I’m sure most of the public knows. In future, let’s all give a second thought before writing a negative comment, as it would sometimes even change one’s life. Thank You.

@@sadiqahmed3308 I didn't mention that I had to wait for 1 hr. It was another customer who was shouting mentioning as 1hr. May be they would have ordered the desert when ordering other items as well. This happened and i had to share my view. You just can't go sit there and ask for Mandi. This is what they conveyed and I've shared what has happened.

Kunafa was not authentic. It should be baked at 180 degree for 30-40 mins. It should be crispy from outside and creamy from inside. Other than that all dishes were close to authentic Arabian dishes
