For the sake of knowledge, I would like to know whether money suit can be filed in case of cheque bounce? Is there any such discretion available to the plaintiff? Logically speaking, cheque bounce case is also a kind of money recovery by the plaintiff (complainant hereby). Kindly clarify @ finology legal..
