Watch Cher in clips or singing live on this show and her talent remains. Watch her interact with Graham and others of whom she is often a fan and you see her love of human connection and her delight in another's achievements, talents. She laughs at jokes about herself. She keeps in contact with past coworkers on films. She is charitable. She has suffered yet come through having found the honorable, decent way to handle what she's been dealt. She is effusive about the work of those she finds to be extraordinary talents, even when they have done parodies of her and her work as comedic homages in the past. I am from Buffalo and currently live in Buffalo. I can state with 100% certainty that Christine Baranski is the coolest, classiest person to ever come out of this city. (Sorry, Goo Goo Dolls)

Polished. (Sorry, couldn't resist.) Even when she gets a little raunchy, she's still dignified.

Cher has been singing me through my life since I was 17 in Catholic boarding school back when she started out with Sonny. Extraordinary talent in whichever medium she chooses. Brilliant, down to earth, real. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
