Amazing. I am starting to make badge reels & pop sockets... I just bought embellishments online, however, I didn't realize they were silicone when I ordered them. I don't think they will stick to resin but do you think they will stay put if I were to use e6000 ?

Thank you! And it was the 12x12” permanent vinyl from 651vinyl.com. I bought it in a bundle pack that comes with all the colors. Any vinyl will work though since you’re sealing it afterwords

What does the sanding it down does for the acrylic?

It makes user everything adheres properly and give the resin something to stick too. I did have a few that I did not sand and they ended up peeling right off because of the smooth glossy acrylic

I'm not familiar with liquid latex, BUT I'm severely allergic to latex so would not want to use anything containing it. Is there an alternative latex-free product that could be used?

Hello! I absolutely love this. Could I just make the circle out of regular resin if I have a circle mold bc I don’t have those blanks? Also have you noticed if those badge reels last a long time? I’ve been searching and on most the reviews are 50/50, so I have no idea?

Yea I would mix the glitter with your resin and just not fill the mold all the way up, maybe like 50% so you can add the decals to it and then fill it all the way to the top once done. And I’ve gifted all my coworkers some around Christmas and they still all use them with no problems. I just had one guy break his, but all the others work perfectly fine!

What software are you using for your designs? What printer do you need too? I’m looking into starting my own Etsy shop and would love to make some badge reels. I just need to know more about it lol

There’s no printer needed for making these ones, they are just glitter and vinyl. And I’m using the silhouette software along with the cameo 3 for this project. As for printers for other projects I would suggest an HP printer that works with HP instant ink, so you’ll never worry about running out of ink or having to purchase any! Also try joining some Facebook groups, they are very helpful!!! I love the Zindee group! That’s where I get all my blanks from!
