Fun fact: The visual layering effect Cherie is using in this video is actually something you can have in your eyes if you're very sleep deprived. I have witnessed it myself once some 18 years ago. The only difference was that there weren't any clear outlines for objects and the trails were even longer than that, approximately 2 - 3 times that long. However, I do NOT recommend sleep depriving yourself as much as I did back then. ☝🏻

Soothing. I just discovered this type of ASMR yesterday. I now know my past is worse than I thought. Lost both my parents to cancer and both my brothers to drug overdose. Last living family member. I have battled sleep restlessness and tossing and turning since my mom died when I was six years old. I thought about life and death deeply and what it all means. Or doesn't mean. Some earbuds and these videos are awesome to help calm the angst in life. Never thought I'd listen to this type of stuff. But hear I am. Enjoying the calmness.
