Well, caramel choux cookie cant survive in arena if anyone does burst damage especially she can get one shotted by gc, wl, fq, bp, caviar, rebel, raisin and any other cookie that does burst damage. There still some comp working on her so i mean if they do give her the same buff as puff then she might be able to be meta if she get a higher survivability and higher healing. She likes puff back then before puff got buffed

i whould give her 5/10 for avatar of destiny bc it's just 300,000 less dmg and cookies still survieved, also for her 7/10 for exploration for keeping cookies alive somehow, for me i tried every cookie with linzier team on 2-28 but the first fire always k1lled my healers, i tried parfai, rockstar, pomegranade, but after some time i finaly did it without healer and just additional defence, but somehow (at least for u) she survived even first phase and let linzier live to seccond too making her be able to use her skill on seccond phase and don't forget that she is 0 stars for u
