Hi @Adamodelis, This cake looks so delicious! Can I just ask 2 questions please..? 1. Can I use frozen cherries instead? If so, the amount of water should be reduced..? 2. Can I make it in small tarts tin? (9-10cm) If so, Can you please advice me the baking time? Muchisimas Grasias ! :)

Sure, you can use frozen cherries and yes the water should be reduced, maybe in half. 2. It's actually a good idea. You'll need less time, 15-20 minutes depending on the oven. You can use a toothpick to check if they're done. No hay de que! 😉
