Revelation 17,18 is the last and final section where God pours out his wrath on a system that is totally opposed to him. The bible is indeed a tale of two cities - Babylon and Jerusalem. One exists to exalt itself, the other to glorify God! Which one do you belong to?

Thanks for the bold exposition of God’s word. False religion plus materialism is a deadly combination. It’s the spirit of Babylon. Babylon & Jerusalem, one exists to exalt itself, the other to glorify God ! Which one do we belong to & which one are we prepared to choose? Be like Daniel, our feet in Babylon but our vision on Jerusalem. Babylon is temporary standing on unsteady, shaky ground but Heavenly Jerusalem is founded on Christ the solid Rock n is permanent , lasting forever .

We must think a lot before we utter words esp related to the scriptures ..Daniel's life was full of humility and obedience and he lived a life serving different gentile kings.We can be like Daniel in integrity but to wish for a hard life as that of Daniel or have a life like that of Daniel is preposterous.By saying that we are limiting the long period of turmoil and uniqueness of spiritual success Daniel faced .(,.SMILE .. I believe and practice the Christmas tree and the lights indicate to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Same as we have birthday cake for our children. Why don't we take Saturday as a holy day as per Bible. But we all folloSunday.
