Hey Trista. I really appreciate your videos. They have really helped me as I’m new to wig wearing. Do you have any advice on selling wigs to sister wig wearers? I am at the beginning of my wig wearing journey and have a Noriko Milan topper in Marble Brown that isn’t the right piece for my needs. I don’t have enough hair on the front hairline to make it work. Anyway I can’t return it because I already combed through it and changed the part. I’ve never worn it and never will. I’d love to sell it to someone who would love it instead of it sitting in my closet for eternity. Any advice you have about how to go about this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sure! Facebook is my go to. There are lots of wig sale groups on there. I have a lot of luck with that. Others I know use eBay but I haven’t used it yet. Thinking about it.

@@TristasTressesWigs just finding out I had aga, would you suggest shaving your head or keeping your hair and just let it progress? I don’t know what to do or how to face this..is it easier to wear wigs with what hair you still have? What are your thoughts? I’m sorry I’m just trying to accept the news about having aga and I feel all over the place emotionally and mentally..

That is a very personal decision so I really can't tell you what you should do. I have decided to keep my hair only for one reason and that is because I'm okay with it. I go out frequently with my hair and a ponytail and that's it. My hair is thin but it doesn't bother me. I also like to wear toppers so I guess that's a second reason. But if I was not comfortable with it then I likely would have shaved and just worn wigs because they are a lot easier to throw on than a topper, although they are hotter.

They aren't as hot once you get used to them. I don't want to mislead you. They will feel free warmer at first but you do adjust. Human hair is cooler than synthetic in the sun but it is heavier.
