No, he isn't. Kim Bangjeong is just a silly nickname translated from Kanemoto Yoshinori. No Koreans have name "Bangjeong", cuz it's weird. And on Treasure map, Yoshi said that his mom is currently learning Korean, so she will understand Treasure without subtitles. In YG Treasure Box, Byounggon taught Yoshi some Korean language pronunciation lyrics. So yeah, Yoshi doen't have Korean blood.

For me, I knew Haruto is a Japanese set aside his name because of his eye shape. And the first time I saw Treasure members I can easily distinguish the other 3 Japanese members from their faces without searching Treasure's profile in google. There's a big difference in their visuals and the way they dress up. Its more difficult to distinguish korean and chinese rather than Japanese and korean. That's only my opinion 😊.
