A good idea for the patches is to take an old pillowcase, towel, sheet, or tapestry and sew them on to that similar to a pin board but a patch quilted tapestry. Assuming they're for collecting rather than wearing. Or to sew the patches onto more minimalistic pillows you already use, to give them a bit more flair.

I collect different things, mostly books (and dust). Your collection is fantastic. I have the books, all seven, but I am truly amazed at your collection, namely your creativity and how you painstakingly arrange the items for maximum impact. I have studied Egyptology since I was seven; that main interest is what drives my collecting. However, the Harry Potter books and movies have a truly special place in my heart.
