HOW TO INSTALL FRONT BONNET CHERY OMODA EMBLEM
Follow these step-by-step instructions for installing a front bonnet emblem:
1. Clean the Bonnet Surface: Clean the bonnet surface thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion of the emblem.
2. Ensure Dry Surface: Make sure the bonnet surface is completely dry before installation to promote better adhesion.
3. Use Masking Tape for Alignment: Apply masking tape or paper tape on both sides for alignment purposes during installation.
4. Measure and Create Space: Use a measuring tape or ruler to measure 4cm from the bottom of the bonnet upwards, providing adequate spacing for the emblem.
5. Align "O" Word with Chery Logo: Ensure that the "O" wording is centered with the Chery logo for a balanced and aligned placement.
6. Masking Tape on Below Cardboard: Paste masking tape or paper tape below the cardboard for alignment purposes during installation.
7. Peel Off Backing: Carefully peel off the backing of the emblem to expose the adhesive. Avoid touching the adhesive with your fingers.
8. Press Firmly: Press the emblem firmly onto the bonnet surface, applying even pressure to help the adhesive bond securely.
9. Remove Cardboard and Protector: After pressing the emblem, peel off the cardboard and the additional protector layers.
10. Avoid Water Exposure: Avoid exposing the emblem to water for at least 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion.
