Great song and a great couple. I live in the US so sadly I've only been able to see season one and episode 9 of season 2, but still I've completely fallen in love with them.

1:12 You can't blame Wolf. He loved Cheryl and she rips his heart out of his chest.

They started out being ape shit over each other but that relationship was never right Cheryl ratted her husband out not for the sake of grown children who were capable of running their own lives without her but for herself because she wanted that man. Every Adult knows or should know that you cannot raise grown children. Yes, Van ran off of emotions and acted on those emotions which is not always right but there is no way she could have changed that and she knew it. She should have worked on him when he was younger. It was too late to do anything with him now. She showed her ass when she was young and wanted the kids not to remember when she was a criminal. That is when her guidance would have meant something. Jethro had already set her straight on what he was about and Loretta and Pascalle had very little respect for her so what the hell did she think Wayne could do to save her boys. What does she do instead, she rats her husband out and blackmails him so he won't appeal. She did what she wanted to do. She put Wayne before everyone including her children yet it was always Wolf she turned to in difficult times and he was there for her. Wayne wasn't as understanding as he should have been. He was good at only considering his own feelings. That was the difference between him and Wolf. Wolf wasn't right but he certainly was the better man. Wayne was a corrupt cop who planted evidence and that is not forgivable. I never liked him because he was dirty in the beginning episodes and that you cannot change. In America, we have no use for cops who misuse their power. Cheryl was too old to make the mistakes she was making. You do that in your youth. That is why she was the one left alone in the end
