Good stuff. I’ve already learned a lot of the information here but this helps to solidify a few things. I know what I want to sell, how I want to structure my business, the name of my business and what I need to do to get there. Im just stuck at the starting gate and the process of actually getting things going. I have extremely limited resources to get things started and I don’t have alot of room for mistakes in the beginning. Thanks for the post. You do a great job of breaking things down.

I've struggled with setting up my communication systems except my Domain and selecting the right bank. I already have my Shopify store set up except for these important details. In addition, a major name change has very recently taken place for me which is why I delayed important tasks and to date, I still have more documents to update back to my maiden name. What a blessing you are! Good evening. You are the first that snatched edges and got me all the way together today, lol. I love your enthusiasm, realism, and step-by-step mentoring and for that I thank you. I AM SO STUCK THO! I currently have my LLC filed with the state and EIN but used my "home address" and even though it will be an online consignment store (working from home), I feel like that's a safety concern? So I stopped moving forward until I figure out if I should amend the address to a "virtual office address" but I question if that's professional or not? I don't want to move forward with my bank account, funding, etc because right now I would have to ONLY make 2-3 address updates instead of having to make several later on. What say you Ms. Beautiful Queen CP? Or can I keep my home address on my Certificate/Articles of Org/EIN and just use a virtual address on my website as my mailing address for customer correspondence? HELP PLEEEEASE!

Hello beautiful! The address on your Articles can be your home address and on your website can be virtual....that’s the perfect scenario! When setting up your bank account you can use your home as well...it will not be public info. Hope that helps!

Always register your LLC and then you can add the DBA. LLC gives you he liability protection you NEED! Hope that helps!

That's where I made mistakes from I been in good business for 25 years and I use do it for free catering for family so I decided to get my LLC but it's hard when you doing everything by yourself I been my business for 8 months but thinking about letting it go because I also work on my regular job... What should I do I was sent a letter from Florida department Revenue letter of changes that was made without my without knowledge because they keep saying I file my taxes 2023 but didn't get the letter until 2024
