I always thought I had no emotions. Because I could not show emotions in the moments people expect you to. I found out that I’m actually quite the opposite. I’m very emotional, but I was used to not showing my feelings so people won’t worry and such. And then there’s the old wounds part as well. I showed my emotions to 30 people with christmas cards, and they all think the same. They all like me. I remember there was a time I had nobody, just 2 years ago. And now I’m good at understanding people and am social, even as an autistic introvert.

Ive been in a horrid state since maybe August or September, very stressed out and emotional, with one thing after another coming up, all of which have been really heavy things. I am only just now feeling a sense of calm and balance after MONTHS of turmoil and stress. I still feel a little "shaky" emotionally but i am beginning to feel what this reading said and hope it lasts for a good while. I am enjoying these peaceful past few days while i have them 😅
