Thank you very very very much! I might try to do some tutorial on it, but it will take a while unfortunately. Meanwhile, I can tell you in short what I did (other than cell fracturing and applying rigid body physics) : I took each collision, one by one, and baked the RBD simulation and then I baked the result to keyframes. I did this because simulating the RBD for the whole animation was unstable and impossible for me. The other extra step I took was animating the speed of the simulation (from full speed to slowmo). I already had mapped out the action and I knew exactly the impact moments so it was easy to play with the simulation speed. And in short, this is it, it's actually quite simple ^^
