the female singer is Judy Brown who did a GREAT version of "Heaven and Paradise" on this same FIFO label. ...as well as a few good teeners on other labels.

Fifo records, one of the coolest looking labels I've ever seen. Too bad the label was short-lived.

agree....looks timeless

@@maydom04 and there was another label called Bacon Fat records. They use a smiling frying pan for the logo. Look up the song by The Imaginations "I want a girl". Also released in 1961

@@chrishinnant3924 I have the record! I dodn’t realize it was a frying pan till you mentioned it. There are a lot of unusual and interesting 45 labels. I know there is a facebook group for company sleeves, probably one for labels too. Are you familiar with Jeff Kreiters’ Book: Doo Wop labels ? Scans of hundreds of labels (not color though)

@@maydom04 I also have this record myself. I ordered it off discogs about three or four months ago. But this Triangles 45 cost way over a hundred bucks.

Judy Brown's backup vocals is what drew me to this song, a Great accentuation.

Hotrod is correct . its Lucy Duran singing lead along with Reuben Pando and Frankie Gonzalez .

Well it sure SOUNDS like "Judy Brown", whose real name I believe was Lucy Duran (chosen to be less ethnic sounding by the label, no doubt). It is definitely not Terri Valenzuela (later Bonilla). She can be heard singing (beautifully, BTW) on two postings as by the Velveteens, "I'm Waiting" and "La Flor".

Then I guess I stand corrected that it's not Judy Brown. (this is what I was told when I purchased the record long ago....which made sense, as Judy recorded on this label). Was a pretty hard record to find.
