Is there and average GM rating for different time periods, for example if I ran all of Fisher's games for a blunder report is there a possibility to build your own base average GM from say the 1940s to the 1970s?

Does chessbase have the ability to save repertoire and spaced repetition like in chessbook? That is, daily repetitions of the saved opening repertoire are proposed. If you correctly indicate the moves, the next linerepetition is postponed much further in time, and if you make a mistake, the next repetition of a given variant will be scheduled faster. Another useful feature on chessbook is suggesting where we have the biggest gap in our repertoire, and this is done based on the frequency of moves in the game database. How can I find and use this functionality in chessbase?
