Never thought of Be6! ! masterline! I loved it !!

yes, be6! is strong, and lesser-known

Quite informative. I am prepping to play this with white and my opponent might not know Be6 move. But this very move makes me wanna try this with black. The imbalance is something we should aim for in chess.

Mhm! Yeah Be6 is a strong approach

Thanks for the video, those b4 lines are very helpful

Of course, glad I could help. And yes, the idea of going b5 - b4 is very strong

Thanks for this very good video. The explanation is always clear. I just tried to play this line with the blacks today, but the whites move their knight on a4 when I played b4 ! And I didn't know how to react ^_^ ! What would have been the right move then ?
@ChessGeek111 ай бұрын
Bd7! seems strong, the knight is very loose. They have Nc5 and a forced line will continue, but you should gain control of the open d -file, and black is doing good!

Hi again. I played now often this line :) ! Thanks again. But last time, my opponent took in d5 directly with the pawn e, just after Bxd5. It is at 7:02 in the video. I am not sure what would be the correct answer to this exd5 move.

After Bf2 we can already go d5 e*d Rfd8 and we win back the pawn if d6 Bf8. Anyways very nice explanation ❤️

You're a very good chess teacher. Actually, I've only played Bd7 on move nine so far, and I'm not usually able to reach the queenside before white pawns smash away my kingside hahahah. May I ask you who you are? Didn't find your name around

Question: during the early lines, is there ever an instance where white is given time to trade for our bishop on g7?
@chessboy6274 Жыл бұрын
Amazing video, but against 9g4 is better to play d5 or Nxd4?

Hi man first i must tnk u very much but i must tell u that is too fast for me. If u cold do that slowly its could be better . Tnks
@ChessGeek12 жыл бұрын
Hi! What is too fast? My speech? The lines?
@Shalom5892 жыл бұрын
Thank you for asking me. I think ideas need to be learned a little more slowly. You know this in advance so you think we understand you quickly. Just a little slower and I think more people will be able to connect to those important lessons.
@Shalom5892 жыл бұрын
By the way maybe it's just hard for me to understand the ideas so easily. This is just my comment maybe I'm not right you will see with yourself and other people what they think. Really sorry if I was wrong. Anyway for me it's a little hard. One more thing: it is very possible that some of the lessons are at a good pace and some are a little too fast. for your consideration . Thank you .
@ChessGeek12 жыл бұрын
@@Shalom589 Of course. That is understandable. I appreciate your feedback. For future masterclasses / opening video guides I plan to make I will take this into consideration. For this one, perhaps you can try to watch some of the videos twice. Or maybe, set up a board in real life, and play through the moves I am showing. That might help. Thank you again for your suggestions and feedback!
