recently i found out i have a really prominent anterior pelvic tilt that i've been trying to work on since it makes me stick my ass out more and that makes me pretty dysphoric -- i've noticed a bit of an improvement by doing some exercises and stretches i found, and i'll be sure to add these ones to help my upper back / neck posture :] i just found your channel and your videos on trans issues have been super helpful, you're the only source i could find for some things so it's super helpful to see ! thank u !!

After binding for 6 years straight and developing costochondritis I started using tape instead and realized how bad my posture was. The dysphoria hunch is realll. Thanks for this vid!

REALLY appreciate this! I have been working on trying to address this recently, now that I'm in my early 40s 😭 I've noticed that as I've improved my posture and built up my chest and shoulders a bit, my precordial catch syndrome (which I've experienced on and off since puberty) has also GREATLY improved!

Bro I'm straight male but my free testosterone is very low it's not increasing even after TRT.... Injections gels... Can you please tell me which tablets injection to increase free testosterone.... I'm not getting answer even from doctors.... Thank you
