Its nuts he could do half the stack wirh cable lateral rasises but the 27.5 lb dbs were hard. Those are my 2 favorite side delt exercises.

I think that Hunter should only do Incline at this point! When he does a double bicep front shot his chest goes completely flat Incline & Decline will in-prove his chest he has a good chest already from doing flat bench He only needs to improve the weak areas & Upper chest is noticeable right away ( If he comes in Peeled condition it’s up to the Judges liking his style to be #1 at any show!

samson is doing well, very well...genetics+training+condition are the main course but bb is also politics, and raising visibility on social media is the right move. Travelling, training among others pro, put in some other contents different from bb, editing the right way....sir, u r doing all the right things to do.
