Although I prefer the first method (I like that it still is a cell, rather than an element on top), I do like that the arrow is always visible. Is there a way to get rid of the frame around it? If I have a normal excel sheet and do the box, there's an outline and you can see the difference from a normal cell. I can't really edit the appearance of the box.

This is great, I love the combo box method but how do you make it more expandable? I need hundreds of these buttons and wonder if there’s any smart way to do it? My problem is when I drag-copy my cells, the combo boxes has the same reference cell, I have to change it manually. Any way to automatize that bit? So that when a new button appears (from drag-copy the cell beneath the combo box), it automatically has the corresponding reference cell.

When i click ALT and select the cell i want to put the combo box, the drop down arrow is waaaaay too big 😭 it doesn't fit the cell
