@chetak As in this competitive market thy must include tecpac as one time purchase rather then 5yrs this is major disadvantage customers are not buying and switching to other EVs

Techpac is not worth taking if you are buying premium. Hill hold is hardly used and maps is just turn by turn in tiny portion of the screen. Better buy mobile holder.

Showroom wale are suggesting to buy "Chetak urban (costs 1.37L on road)" without techpac and also suggesting "chetak premium with tachpac (costs 1.68L)"....i argued them its other way round... can you please explain?

I have mentioned the features included in the TecPac in the video, if you think you don't need them then you can buy without the TecPac

9k plus taxes for tecpac with bare minimum features is not a value for money. Worst thing is they change colour screen to black and white if you don't buy tecpac. Kya doglapan hai
