Mai 40 ka hu.12 min Tak abhi doud pata hu.bht maja ata hai.mera weight 90 tha jb bhagna suru Kiya ab thoda Kam hai.check nahi kiya kuch din baad karunga to jyada acha lagega but sabse badi baat ki weight Kam ho raha hai.matlab AP Jo bhi bol rahe he wo bilkul sahi baat hai.

Yes... If you don't know what to do for your body GO RUN start from 1 km 2-3 km and 5 km is optimal and 3-4 times a week is good.. If you don't know what to do for your brain/intelligence GO READ start from Chetan novels then self help to biographies and so on.. you will find your stuff.. These two things only, will change yourself..

Thanks Chetan. I am 57, live in Malaysia. I am under depression. I miss my brother and sisters in Pune. Recently i am trying to find ways to motivate myself. I used to run longer distances during my younger days. I think i must start running again to come out of depression. I totally agree with you on the benefits of running.

Sir, the way you explain it is amazing. I also adopted this habit and I am doing the same. Jio jee bhar ke chetan sir or ham logo ko khoob Aise hi motivate karte Raho. Kyuki sir hum log achi habit Dalte hai and follow bhi karte but koi bada aadmi same chiz batata hai na to hum log strength and confidence milta hai . Thank you thank you very much

Sir I think you are not merely a great motivational speaker or great author or fitness influencer but you are much more than that for Indian youth!!! I have reduced close to 30 kg. Age 40. From obese to normal weight BMI of 30+ to 24 It has been a long but fruitful journey Mixture of cardio + weights+ strength training + nutritious diet excluding fast food... It requires discipline.... Similar discipline is required in studying while working.... Would like to know your views on studying while working sir Thank you so much Keep us inspiring

Very inspiring Chetan sir! Kya baat hai aap too jawan hote jaa rahe hai day by day! Sunlight & Bhastrika Pranayam (very dynamic yet quite an under rated pranayam) are making some beautiful changes in my life. Bhastrika pranayam increases level of oxygen in our body by many folds and also increases metabolism level thus helping in overall development of mind & body.

It makes sense as humans are actually best long distance runners in entire animal kingdom. We can even outrun horses with little training. Our bodies have actually evolved to hunt prey using long distance chases so this activity should definately be integral part of lifestyle.
