A fantastic session with Yashish Dahiya, who founded Policybazaar and did several Ironman races. From IIT to IIM to founding multi-billion dollar companies to competing in Ironman, hard to get someone more inspiring than him!

I won't tell this video transformed my thought or life[cause probably that's yet to happen :)] but it was really insightful and just shows the possibilities of life and that this video took 1 full page of my notes cause there were so many things to jot down. My favorite tip was to only die once cause that really would help me take risks and not fear the outcome which is my biggest setback. Thanks for this amazing video, thanks for taking your time and reading this comment till now. Really Really happy after watching this. Fantastic! hearing Mr. Dhaiya once is not enough - I had to rewind and hear this interview over again - my favorite lines were about his views on commitment - 'Failure is not an option' . The best things about this non-celebrity interview is how 'real' these people (who make it so big) are - and some like Dhaiya remain true to their roots and stay grounded even after striking gold! - Please bring in more such people. We want to hear from these people who sound and look like one of us!

I also love his healthy view of competition, about not needing to compete with people, per se, at 53:00, in contrast to competing in business or in a race - to not take it to a personal level by recognizing that everyone needs to compete for their welfare and needs. He clearly competes with himself to attain his life goals to challenge himself to live to the fullest. Neat! We need more such articulations of this type of outlook for the new generations - to understand what a healthy outlook to competition wld look like.

It’s always great to listen to someone who has risen from humble back ground reaching such heights. One things that will always stay after the interview is his interpretation of Commitment. Once you commit just stick to it. You will go through lot of pain and difficult times but if you are stoic then you will be able to pull yourself out of any situation. Also when he says about helping others around you to grow is gold.

This battle actually started when I was 17 but I suppressed my desires out of fear. I know I'm also going to be financially restrained from now onwards. This is something I owe to myself. No more of living this dull life of security. I wouldn't have seen this interview, had my brother not sent the link via wa message. I was Yashish's school classmate at Sanawar. What he said about the school is certainly something I myself can relate to in many ways. I still remember he used to sprint his long distance races in school and catching up with him seemed just impossible. There was no reduction in his speed. I have been following quite a few Indian Ironmen in India, and believe me the timing of Yashish to achieve it in under 12 hours is just awesome. It's a timing very few have managed to achieve. Yashish is just exceptional in all he does. All the best to him. 👏👏👏👏

Sabse pahle Chetan Sir ka bahut bahut Sukriya inn Chupe hue Diamond ko Sabke samne laane ke liye. Yashish Sir ke kuch baate bahut inspiring lagi Hamesa Khush raho or vo karo Jo aapko accha Lage Main bhi running karta hu or uske baad body bahut active or positive ho jaati ha. focus or work efficiency bhi bahut bad jaati ha. baaki Chetan sir aapke bahut saare episode main se ek baat bilkul clear ha ke Duniya main vahi insaan Big success le pata ha Jo Goal centric hota ha or pure dedication ke sath uss goal ko paane ke kosis karta ha.
