Guys, what sir has said is absolutely correct. Trust me, literally, I am the guy sir is talking about in the video. It's been two years since my break up and fortunately I started doing the same thing sir said and I am far better than before. I watched this video after two years and felt proud that I did the right thing...... Change is massive psychologically and physically......just keep going.....there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you sir for this video......I am sure this will save a lot lives. ❤️
