Yes you can. But I think you need some reported judgements.Or some proof of practice.Just enrollment is not enough.

Plz understand there is no exam for higer judiciary (high court/supreme court judge)exam are only conducted for lower judiciary like civil judge and district judge ,for higer judiciary if you have 10 year experience in high court or supreme court as advocate then you are eligible for judgeship but collegium system will recommend your name and president of India will appoint you

U cant directly b alloted the seat of labour court judge! Firstly u hve to clear judicial services exam. After attaining the post of additional session judge(mostly after 15 years) then u can b alloted to labour court judge as labour court is under state govt. Else first b advocate then practise for 10 years, give the exam of additional session judge then u cn go to labour court. Thanks
