የቺቪኒንግ ስኮላርሽፕ የማመልከቻ የጊዜ ሰሌዳዎች (initial Application, interview + Document submission and unconditional letter submission) 1. መጀመሪያ ዙር (initial Application, August 6-November 5/2024) - አፕልኬሽኑን መሙላት- ይህ ዙር አምልካቹ ለዚህ ስኮላርሽፕ ዝቅተኛውን መስፈርት ማምዋላቱን የሚታይበት ነው - የአመልካቹ የትምህርት፣የስራ፤ እና ተያያዥ መረጃዎችን በማመልከቻ ፎርሙ ላይ ይሞላል - ለዚህ ስኮላርሽፕ የተዘጋጁ ጥያቄዎች ወይም ኢሴዎችን ይጽፍል - 2 ሪኮመንዴሽን የሚጽፉልትን ሰዎች ኮንታክት ይሞላል (ስም፤ኢሜል ወዘተ..) - እዚህ ስቴጅ ላይ የትምህርት ማስሪጃም ሆነ ተያያዥ ዶክሜንት ማሰግባት አይጠበቅም - ይህንን አፕልኬሽን ለመሙላት ማንኛውንም አርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንት (AI) ቱል (ChatGpt and others) ቱል መጠቅም ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው 2. ሁለተኛ ዙር ( Applicants shortlisted for interview mid-February 2025) - ለኢንተርቪው ያለፍ አመልካቾች ይታወቃሉ - 19 February 2025 ከኢንተርቪው በፊት አስፈላጊ የትምህርት ማስርጃ እና 2 ረኮመንዴሽን ሌተር (two references) እንዲያቀርቡ ይጠየቃሉ 3. ሶስተንኛ ዙር (Interview time 25 February-25 April) - ኢንተርቪው የሚካሄድበት ግዜ ( at British embassies and high commissions) 4. አራተኛ ዙር (From June 2025) - ኢንተርቪው ያለፉ አመልካቾች ይለያሉ/ይታወቃሉ) 5. አምስተኛ ዙር (up to 11 july 2025) - ለኢንተርቪው ያለፍ አመልካቾች ቢያንስ ከአንድ ዩኬ ዩኒቨርሲቲ 1 unconditional letter ማቅረብ አለባቸው (submit at least one unconditional UK university offer) 6. ስድስተኛ ዙር (September/October 2025) - ይህንን ስኮላርሽፕ ያሸነፍ አመልካቾች ዩኬ ሄደው ይጀምራሉ ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በዚህ ስኮላርሽፕ ዙሪያ የተሰራውን ቪድዎ ይመልክቱ መልካም እድል HermyAcademy

Dear, I heard that getting an unconditional offer is not as difficult as writing the essay, so it's better to focus on creating an original essay. AI is strictly prohibited in this application, as they even mention in their FAQs. This is what they write: "Using artificial intelligence software to generate answers to Chevening’s essay questions is strictly prohibited. Applicants must submit their own original work. You must not use someone else’s work or present content generated by AI tools like ChatGPT as your own. Doing so violates Chevening’s guidelines on plagiarism and fraud. If your application is found to be fraudulent or copied, it will be disqualified. Chevening uses tools to detect fraud, plagiarism, and AI-generated content in applications. You will be asked to confirm that you have not used artificial intelligence to generate your answers as part of the application form." So please take care when preparing your application.
