This is totally wrong, you are reaplacing the clockspring, steering angle sensor is located at the BOTTOM of the column, PLEASE change the title so others don't waste time like I have!.

Yes, you are right. This is just the clockspring that makes the stereo/cruise control/airbag work. The steering angle sensor is at the bottom, black half square/half round box around the steering axle

That is NOT a steering angle sensor... that is a clockspring, steering angle sensor is right behind that one!
