Thanks! This is probably my favorite TV advertisement for any car. I'm so glad you could find a video in such good condition. A few years ago, when the C7 Corvette went on sale, a family member asked for my opinion. I showed them a lower quality video of this and said "It finally looks much different from the 1984 Corvette."

The best Corvette yet. More aerodynamic, electronic fuel injection, with later models adding ABS and climate control. 1986 saw the first Corvette convertible in eleven years (it also paced the Indianapolis 500), while the limited-edition ZR1, with the 385-hp DOHC 32-valve V8 (built by Mercury Marine in Stillwater, Oklahoma) was introduced four years later.
