Chevy/GMC Sierra 2500 6.6L LML (P204B) DEF issues

2013 Duramax LML, P204B Reductant Pressure Sensor.. (service emission system)(Leak in the system) (DEF issues) here's a little tip hopefully it would help you.. if you don't have a scanner or anyting to reset the emissions, force Regen and purge the system.. I recommend taking it to your local diesel shop and ask if they can, (purge the injector, reset def system and a regn) .. but it can also be done manually.. after a few drive cycles and a few miles..(keep your fingers crossed)

Hi, I was wondering what the hose is called that you mention breaks all of the time by the firewall? This happened in my truck. Do I need to replace the whole assembly or can I use plastic weld to attach the hose back (at the elbow where it snapped off). Thanks

On the same truck I replaced the injection pump and all injectors ... truck won’t start before now it does after I changed injection pump, all injectors, return line, nox seniors and def heater... but it’s showing emissions system heck owners manual... how do I reset.. or what’s next step after all the work... TY

Why you changed many parts... Fuel system contaminated.. you need a high tech scanner to reset emission... If your replaced the injectors... You had to program each injector flow rate.. and with the same scanner you should be able to do.

You perform a def quality test... But you have to prime it first and make sure no leaks..

Yes.. right away... Have you tested the def tank.. air leak

Let me rephrase that it won't come up right away but it come on in about 60 miles or less..

Thanks for your help carnal I drop the def tank and there's no leaks but I noticed that the pump is not coming on N tested the tank and notice on the 2breather ports on top of the tank one of them was blowing same liquid is that ok

No nothing should be coming out. Should be sealed..

Yes it's a breather.. check valve.. no liquid should be coming out.

Que tal. Tengo una chevy duramax 2001. Le cambie los inyectores. Y ahora ciento que no tiene fuerza el motor. Ciento que no acelera bien. No se si me puedas alludar

Sí torquaste bien los tornillos.. y sentaste bien los injertores... En parte sí no tienes cuidado se caen los empaques de los injertores.. en el rail.. revisa que no tengas diesel en el aceite...

Buenas, espero estés bien, tengo una chevrolet silverado duramax 6.6 2007, el problema es que me aparece en el tablero reducción de potencia y el código P0101, en baja no tiene potencia, y la empiezas a correr y se borra la leyenda de reducción de potencia, y aparece nuevamente en baja o ralentí, alguna pista o sugerencia, de antemano gracias y saludos

Suena como el calentón del Def.. lado de pasajero.. va dentro del tanque de def fluid.. con una computadora se puede revisar las temperaturas del fluido..
