The movement of the bumper is caused by the torsion of the chassis when all the load is on the right front and left rear, that's no permanent deformation.

zo hoor je met zo'n k30 te rijden. En het is niet voor niks dat wij zulke voertuigen ook wel voorrangs voertuigen noemen, die kun je beter niet in de weg rijden, want als je er door geraakt word is de kans dat je eigen auto plat gaat heel groot.

Zero damage to the Chevy? well, in some parts of the video you can see the front bumper getting out of its place a little bit. Of course nothing compared to the damage to the Peugeot, but still an expensive repair given the rarity of such Chevys in Europe.
