You jumped over so many details from start to finish. You must remember that there are a lot of people who need fine details. Plus not taking off the bumper could really damage both the fans, and radiator when putting them back in because you're not giving yourself enough room to work.

You can just snap in the transmission lines with the clips in the fitting.. just make sure they are screwed on tight

I have a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ I recently had a fender bender in the front and one side of my impact bar is bent in and pressed against my radiator causing it to bend, so I'm curious if the bar van be unbolted or if they come welded ?

Not sure on that particular make model off the top of my head. Good question for a body shop. If you don’t care about how perfect your vehicle looks do your thing and bend away!

Do I have to worry about the transmission fluid coming out the lines how can I stop that from flowing

Well, you have undoubtedly moved on, but for future viewers, I did mine, and just a little tranny fluid came out. Like he said, a little dribbled out and then stopped. Maybe a quarter cup.
