Going to be an AWESOME TRUCK!
@carl55366 ай бұрын
I'm anxious to see the footage of the finished project cause ya never see stuff like this. I remember as a kid finding a 4door Dodge truck from the 60s that was just abandoned at a coal mines where I grew up and nobody wanted it. It was 4wheel drive with a utility box on the truck that people could walk inside of it so we used it to camp in when we wanted to camping in the woods. It was a complete truck and I'd love to have it now. I'm pretty sure that it had a big block 318 engine with what looked like a tiny 2barrel or it may have been a one barrel carburator cause I remember my brother having a 1964 or 65 Dodge car with the same engine but the car had a Plymouth front clip on it that fit perfect. I remember seeing all different kinds of old trucks left at old coal mines and nobody ever wanted em to get em going again and use em. They were all abandoned and I'm pretty sure that whoever left em would have cared about what happened to em cause they were there from I'm guessing the 60s upto the early 90s cause I went back to see if they were still there but they's gone. I'm pretty sure that they most likely got hauled in for scrap..I 4got all about the old 4door work trucks that were mostly 4wd that either had a utility open box on the back or a closed in box with doors on the back of the box that was a mobile garage so to speak lol..I hate the thought of em being scrapped but it happens alot in the area I grew up in and where I'm at now..

Hi Rachel, Sam from halifax Rachel looking at the truck. I think it probably would’ve looked a little weird if it had four doors and this way here is gonna look so much nicer, especially for the most likely kids in the back they’re gonna love it and you guys are doing an awesome job. Take care.

This proves that there are northerners that DO know how to build a truck/car. From that 'other' channel it was lookin like a bunch of hacks. NOT so. Not all of them anyway. Great skills!
