Even though it was taught directly from the hotel, it was easy. (Even a clumsy person like me could do it ✨)
1. Strain egg wash mixed with eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla essence onto 4 slices of bread and soak overnight (occasionally turn the bread upside down).
2. When grilling, cook slowly over very low heat.
Wait carefully until it is cooked to your desired doneness. At that time, sprinkle the top of the bread evenly with granulated sugar. (Close the lid)
