Here’s a funny story not related to the video but I think you’ll like: A few months ago, my father brought me to my therapist (I’m autistic and my school and parents treat me so badly I need a therapist) and while we were in the area my farther decided to go into a store for a few minutes and left me (17) in the car with my iPad. Now, my iPad had a small hole in the top left since one day on summer vacation a few years ago, my father sat it on the base of a lamp overnight and it was cracked the next day and it had slowly gotten worse overtime. Okay, so I’m on my iPad, when I notice it’s getting a little hot. “That’s okay”, I told myself, and so I moved it out of the sun. But then it got a bit hotter and I started to worry. Eventually, it got hotter and hotter, never really getting above “warm” but definetly hotter than an iPad should be in winter, and eventually the screen flashed magenta and then turned off. So then I’m panicing, looking for the car key so I can lock the car and go get my father. And then after a while I notice smoke coming out of my iPad, so now I’m thinkin’ “Oh God Oh God my iPad is on fire help help!” and so I get out of the car and just kinda start circling it, looking through every door time and time again for the key, until eventually I get too stressed and run inside without locking the car. My father was already checking out, so I hurried him along, we got in the car, and we went to Best Buy. Now, at Best Buy, the guy there said that it was very very bad that that happen. He tried to turn it on and it worked, but he basically said “This thing works, but it is incredibly dangerous, you ahouldn’t use a device that might light on fire, don’t keep using it.” So we got a new one, transfered my files over, and so now we just have an old flamable iPad laying around with all my old data on it. Anyways, that’s the story on how I went from an iPad Air 2 with 16GB of storageto an iPad Air 4 with 64GB of storage. I’m honestly glad it happened because I had had that thing for YEARS, and ever since like a year after I got it, the back camera (and then, shortly after, the other camera too) stopped working because apparently on some iPad Air 2s, Apple made the cameras super prone to failure.

The uranium is probably U-238 if it’s on there at all. I don’t know the specifics and don’t feel like googling, but it’s way less radioactive isotope than the U-235 used in nuclear fission for an atom bomb or power plant. It’s still not good to be around, but it can probably be blocked with thick cloth and won’t cause *as much* harm.
