Can the Weapon be reduced in power to 7.5 joules?

If you use the original barrel ,not the tight steel barrel , the power is much lower, if that's still too high, saw off the aluminum barrel shorter, may reach the 7.5 you want.... What I may think is only how to power up without complex changing...😂
